KY CHAPTER WELCOMES DEANNA MCDANIEL AS 2020 PRESIDENT
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

LOUISVILLE, Feb. 26 – Deanna McDaniel, owner of McDaniel Insurance, was recently inducted as the chapter president for 2020 for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), is an international membership organization dedicated to building better communities. With over 40,000 members, CAI has 64 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in a number of other countries, including Australia and the United Kingdom.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Insurance from Eastern Kentucky University in 1993, Deanna McDaniel has 27 years of experience working with clients and communities to service their personal and business insurance needs, and is well-poised to grow the chapter. Deanna has a passion for people, which is why she specializes in community association insurance and is what drew her to become an active business partner member and sponsor of Community Associations Institute – KY Chapter.

“I could not be more excited about the opportunity to bring together Kentucky homeowner volunteer leaders, association managers, and business partners to share a common focus of enhancing communities in Kentucky,” says McDaniel.

Kentucky represents 7% of total U.S. Associations with more than 260,000 association residents and 9,000 board members and committee volunteers.  Associations in Kentucky represent over $25 billion in property value and annual reserve contributions of over $490 million.

Deanna is honored to be among a growing number of women serving in community association leadership roles. According to the latest statistics on the CAI national website, women represented the majority of the 2017 CAI leadership roster and earn the highest CAI career-enhancing designations available. In addition, the salaries of women working in organizations with multi-million dollar budgets within the community association industry have continuously increased, according to the Foundation for Community Association Research's 2013 Salary Survey.
