Calling Script #3 – For HOA Leaders to Homeowners (Welcoming new neighbors to the community)

Hi (New Neighbor) – My name is (name) and I live at (address). I’m on the HOA board and I wanted to welcome you to the community. I’d like to share with you information about how you can be connected. First, have you seen our Facebook page? It is called (name of page), and we use it in all sorts of ways like where neighbors ask questions related to their homes, where we post pictures of lost animals if they get out, and where we promote any events we’re having. It’s a great quick way to meet people.  Also, I wanted to make sure you had a copy of the HOA covenants and bylaws and see if you had any questions about them.  And, I wanted to personally invite you to our next event, which is (when and where).  We’re so glad to have you as a neighbor.
