Event Policy: 

No refunds for cancellation shall be given to any member who cancels a registration less than

seventy-two (72) hours prior to an event. Please note: the seventy-two (72) hours does not include

the day of the event or weekends and holidays. All program registration publications will have the

following clause, “Registrants who do not attend will be billed the full charge to cover the cost of the

event”.

Andrew Hart, Owner, Hart Property Advisors & Our June Luncheon Sponsor: Andrew has been a reserve study specialist since 2012, growing from a solo producer into leading a dedicated team focused on serving Nashville’s communities. With a background in civil engineering and concrete industry management, he’s known for his attention to detail and commitment to helping clients build customized, practical plans for their unique needs. He has built strong, lasting relationships with community managers and the local CAI chapter, earning repeat business from many longtime clients.

Brent Eckhart, Managing Partner, Reserve Design Advantage: Brent Eckhart is the managing partner of Reserve Design Advantage. The company provides reserve studies to homeowner, condominium and business associations throughout the Ohio Valley area. Brent is certified as a Reserve Specialist (RS) by the Community Associations Institute. He has been a guest lecturer for the Condominium and Homeowner Study Project at Bellarmine University, speaking on the rationale, methodology and benefits of reserve study planning. His background in facilities management and property management along with prior experience as a president of a manufacturing business help create reserve studies that combine an accurate assessment of reserve assets along with realistic budget planning.

John Payne, CPA, CMCA, AMS & Founder/Owner Paragon Property Management Group: John obtained his CPA certification in 1986, his MBA in 1998 and holds the CMCA and AMS certifications from CAI. He began his career in public accounting before moving into the private sector about four years later. In 2001, John saw the need for a high-performing real estate and HOA management company in the Kentucky area which led to the founding of what is now Paragon Management Group.

Katie Wells, Property Manager, Sentry Management: Katie Wells has almost 20 years’ experience in professional residential and commercial real estate sales, property management, and community association management with a strong background in HOA and condominium operations, finance, governance, and resident relations. She specializes in strategic planning, project management, and building sustainable financial foundations for communities through organized leadership and development of lasting relationships with her communities.
