 The Kentucky Chapter of CAI Board of Directors strongly endorses the Sponsorship Program for 2026. As a Business Partner or Community Management Company, we know you can invest your marketing dollars wherever it best suits your needs, however we believe that your investment in the Chapter provides unique opportunities to connect with our membership. There are many new and exciting changes for our 2026 packages, so please review the information below carefully so you don’t miss these opportunities.

2026 Sponsorship Packages

Package pricing for CAI Members. Non-members add $600 to each tier

Diamond (New for 2026) - $3000

The new Diamond Tier is designed for business partner sponsors that want to take full advantage of all advertising and networking opportunities offered by the Chapter. The package, which we value at over $7000 worth of marketing and networking opportunities, can be yours for only $3000. The package includes:

Two manager/business partner event sponsorships. These events are a new initiative started in 2025, where business partners can connect with community managers in a relaxed and fun networking setting. The events are planned for Top Golf and Vernon Lanes bowling for 2026.

• A booth at our annual business showcase where you can meet and connect with our homeowner leaders and managers.
• A brand-new marketing incentive – inclusion of your company logo in our Chapter Executive Director email signature. Any time the CED email responds to an inquiry, your company will be promoted as a Diamond sponsor of the chapter in the email signature.
• A “Word from our Sponsor” at two of our regular educational luncheon events as well as free registration for six luncheons.
• Logo recognition on our website, at events, and in event email communications, as well as newsletter advertising per the chart above.

Platinum - $2200

The revamped Platinum Tier is designed for business partners or management company sponsors that want many of the benefits of Diamond at a slightly lower price point. The package, which we value at close to $4800 worth of marketing and networking opportunities, can be yours for only $2200. The package includes:

• A booth at our annual business showcase where you can meet and connect with our homeowner leaders and managers.
• A “Word from our Sponsor” at one of our regular educational luncheon events as well as free registration for six luncheons.
•  Logo recognition on our website, at events, and in event email communications, as well as newsletter advertising per the chart above.

Gold - $1600

The Gold Tier offers many of the benefits of the two higher tiers without the event or showcase sponsorships. The package, which we value at over $3000 worth of marketing and networking opportunities, can be yours for only $1600. Includes logo recognition on our website, at events, and in event email communications, as well as newsletter advertising and registration for four luncheons per the chart above.

Silver - $1100

The Silver Tier is aimed at potential sponsors that are seeking a robust advertising package at a more modest price. If you can’t attend all our events, this Tier offers a great way to promote your business. The package, which we value at over $2600 worth of marketing, can be yours for only $1100. Includes logo recognition on our website, at events, and in event email communications, as well as newsletter advertising per the chart above.

Bronze - $700

The Bronze Tier is a great option for business partners and management companies that want a few key advertising opportunities at an affordable price. The package, which we value at over $1300 worth of marketing, can be yours for only $700. Includes logo recognition on our website, at events, as well as newsletter advertising per the chart above.

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Luncheon Sponsor: $350 (Only one sponsor per luncheon)

●       Recognition on the chapter website during the month that you sponsor.

●       Up to two (2) Minutes to introduce yourself and company during the luncheon.

●       Table-top signage at the luncheon.

●       Marketing materials may be placed on the luncheon tables.

Sponsorship of Newsletter Advertisements:

Promote your business and services to the CAI Membership community by increasing your exposure in our quarterly Newsletter Advertisements. We are offering sponsorship opportunities as follows:

●       1/4 Page: $120 Per Issue

●       1/2 Page: $200 Per Issue

●       Full Page: $350 Per Issue

(The newsletter is electronically delivered to all current and prospective members, sponsors, and business partners)
