Calling Script #4 – For Community Association Managers to Homeowners (Reminding them of the upcoming Annual Meeting)

Hi (Resident) – This is (name) with (company), your management association. You should have already received notification about this, but I wanted to personally remind you about the upcoming Annual Meeting and Board Elections. It is on (date, time, location) and it’s a great way for you to have your voice heard.  It’s also important that we get enough of our residents to meet the quorum required by our bylaws.  Please let me know if you need any help getting there.
